Welcome to Louis Casale Photography! This site is devoted to the beautiful and challenging world of bird photography. All of my photographs are shot in RAW format and developed using Adobe Lightroom CC in order to retain their natural character and quality with nothing added to, or removed from the original images.

Birds are truly unique, fascinating creatures. They provide us with the easiest opportunities to observe and enjoy wildlife anywhere we live. No wonder the hobbies of birding and bird photography are growing each year! I am one of the many amateur photographers who have decided to add bird photography to their repertoire because not only does it combine two great hobbies into one, but it also enables me to capture what I see in the field and share it with others.

Simply put, that is why I created this site. The photographs are posted purely for your viewing enjoyment. If they spark additional interest in birds or wildlife in general, that's an added bonus. As for me, I'm also learning more about birds and photography as I go. Like everything else in life, it's a never ending learning experience.

I hope you enjoy the site and thank you so much for visiting! Please stop by often for updated photos and blogs.
